The Tribunal: First Anitonica Walkabout

Bafoemet Pangenitor [3/5/2001-10:04:42 AM]

The Ring of Loyalty is hosting a first every Walkabout. Everyone is invited to participate.

First Anitonica WALKABOUT-Mar. 7-9 The First Antonica Walkabout-Beginning March 7

HEAR YE! HEAR YE! HEAR YE! COME ONE! COME ALL!

Our adventure will begin in Ro Tunnel at the North Ro entrance. Start arriving at 9:00 est. Each RoL officer present will gather a group of the nonmembers present. The remaining high levels will form a group that will be the emergency killing squad . We will begin our march south thru the Ro desert. We'll stay along the west wall in order to enter the Oasis along the orc highway. We will continue south, wasting orcs as we go. We'll do a trip around the lake for those who may want supplies at the gypsy camp and the Inn. If our numbers are strong enuf, perhaps some revenge will be reaped upon a sand giant or spectre. Our journey continues south to South Ro. Not alot here unless the Ancient Cyclops spawns. Of course there are some more orcs to waste. Next we enter Innothule Swamp. At this point, we will decide if a short trip into Guk is desired. Leaving the swamp we enter Feerott, a dark gloomy place. Here there are plenty of lizards to kill. A scout will be sent into Cazic-Thule to report population density. If the zone is not too crowded, a trip into the courtyard is not out of the question. Leaving Feerott we find ourselves in the Rathe Mountains. Some giant killing is definately in order here. They have been known to drop massive amounts of platinum there. For one, I could use some. Once we've filled our pockets we'll head to the lake for some water sports. Inside the entrance to Lake Rathetear, Rings of Flight will be passed out to those without levitate. From here, we'll head to the island with the famous diving platform. All those drunk enuf will shurely want to make the plunge. Our final stop for the night will be the Arena. Need I say more???

The second night of our Walkabout begins at 9:00est at the Arena. From there we depart to South Karana. Our first stop will be at the Aviak treehouse. Next we visit Splitpaw. The main room in front of the Big Doors should give us plenty of room for a few casual kills. From here we head north to the stone bridge. Crossing the stone bridge we head west. We travel thru North Karana and West Karana, pillaging as we go. Upon entering Qeynos Hills, some may wish a quick trip to town for more beer. From town we'll head north for a quick stop in Surefall Glade, a very pretty zone. From here we go southeast to Blackburrow and waste a few goblins on the way to Everfrost. Everfrost is full of adventure. Some very nice loot drops here too. Time permitting, we definately want to raid Permafrost. Maybe even sneak a peak at old Lady Vox herself. When we're done with Perma, we will pick a spot to camp for the night. If it's not too late, we'll make the run to the entrance of HighHold Pass and camp there.

The third night we will gather again at 9:00 est.. Depending upon the number of "dark ones" in the group, we'll decide to go either thru Runnyeye and Rivervale or thru High Hold to our next stop. And our next stop is of course the dreaded dark Kithicor Forest. Here we'll spend some time totally destroying this zone. Our adventure continues next thru the Commonlands. Lots to destroy on our path thru here, but we won't spend much time. On to the Nektulous Forest, where it may be necessary to kill a few guards blocking our path. Lavastorm Mountain will be our last major zone to rampage. Here we can split into some smaller groups and visit the three dungeons here. Sol A is definately too narrow for a large group, but it could be done. A visit to Sol B and Najena is definately worth a trip too. Those who feel guilty about all the killing and drinking they've done can say a few prayers in the Temple of Ro. As our Walkabout closes, a final meeting at a bar in Freeport or a bar in Neriak is definately on the list.

Please feel free to invite any of your friends or anyone who may be interested in joining the guild along. This should be a wonderful time and a great chance to meet everyone in the guild. If you arrive late, catching up won't be hard to do. If for some reason we get off schedule, we'll continue until our trip is finished.
